Training is the biggest pillar of my routine. It is what gives me more energy every day.

It is my only way to switch off from everything. I just focus on getting the ball back.

Padel

I tend to read founder biographies, they inspire me. When I founded Different Health I was right in the middle of Phil Knight's «Shoe Dog», and around then we started working with Nike. That was a lot of fun.

What I write about

AI and product.

More than 65,000 people follow my content on AI across X, Threads, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok. I share tools, lessons and practical cases.

We improve our clients' health by running a battery of tests such as VO2 Max, strength, balance, bone analysis and blood work. I run the engineering and product teams and the health compliance side, including HIPAA.

Technical leadership to improve the platform and the services affecting the elderly population across the Nordics and Central Europe.

Threat modelling to design and build secure applications proactively. Migration of the client layer to modern tooling.

Internal applications for Mango's day-to-day operations: time tracking, an incident portal and real-time market trend analysis.

I design systems so products find their audience through social media, content and UGC.

I share tools, lessons and practical cases to help more people use artificial intelligence in a useful way.

We are building a new way to understand preventive health through data, technology and personalised experiences. Co-founder & CTO.

I explore how to connect artificial intelligence, design, automation and distribution to build more useful and efficient products.

We design and build bespoke applications and websites, caring for product, experience, technology and brand.

I work at the intersection of product, technology, distribution and community.

Websites and web apps,

custom built.

A heavy-duty chair in Carbon Black: high back, headrest and 4D armrests. Rated for 24-hour shifts, so eight feel short.

Biplax by Sitta Nexo 24h

A dual-motor electric frame with four heights saved on the panel. Seated in the morning, standing in the afternoon, and it rises in silence.

This piece is open to a sponsor: if you make or sell standing-desk frames and want yours to be the ones in this setup, get in touch.

Electric standing legs

A clamp-mounted LED bar that reaches over the monitor and lights the whole desk without reflecting on the screen.

Long-arm LED desk lamp

A vegan leather desk mat with a built-in MagSafe stand and a felt strip for the keyboard. The iPhone charges upright, no cables in sight.

Journey ALTI Lift

An IKEA top from 2020, 160 × 80 in a walnut finish, straight edge, with the cable tray screwed underneath. The 49-inch monitor fits with room to spare.

It cost me 20 euros and has since been discontinued; the link goes to its current equivalents. I will soon swap it for a light one.

Walnut desktop

Wireless, with a retractable mic and days of battery. For calls and for the deep-work hours; they hang from the hook under the desk when I am not wearing them.

One star short because they do not switch off by themselves after a while unused: forget once and you find them drained the next day.

SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 Gen 2

The phone, upright on the mat's MagSafe stand: charging, notifications in sight and no cable crossing the desk.

iPhone 18 Pro Max

Apple's compact keyboard with Touch ID. Low, quiet and wireless, which is exactly what a clean desk asks for.

Apple Magic Keyboard

A two-metre studio stand for the Neewer tube. Folded, it fits behind the door.

Light stand

Stacked on the Studio as a home server: automations, agents and tests that run while I am away.

Mac mini M4

The main machine: it compiles, edits video and runs several AI models at once without the fan noticing.

It cost me 2,300 euros. The link goes to the current Mac Studio.

Mac Studio M3

A dynamic USB and XLR microphone on an articulated arm that lives folded at the corner of the desk until it is time to record. Dynamic on purpose: it ignores the keyboard and the street.

Maono PD200X with boom arm

Highly recommended. I went from three 24-inch monitors and six cables to this one, which on top is 4K at 240 Hz. I turn my head less, Rectangle gives me the splits with gestures, and there are no black bezels cutting the picture any more.

A win.

Samsung Odyssey OLED G9

Ergotron's heavy-duty arm, in white: it holds the G9's 7 kilos and keeps the desk clear underneath. Moves with one finger and stays where you leave it.

Ergotron HX monitor arm

Small, silent, with the magnetic wheel that flies through a thousand lines in one flick. It travels in the backpack everywhere.

Logitech MX Anywhere 3S

A camera with a three-axis gimbal and a one-inch sensor, battery handle attached. Every piece of social content gets shot on it.

DJI Osmo Pocket 4

Warm, dimmable light for the late hours, when the monitor is the only thing switched on in the house.

Govee table lamp

A folding treadmill that reaches 16 km/h. It is heavy: I bought it because it hit that speed and I wanted to run VO₂ max tests at home for my company, Different Health.

Today I would buy a smaller, lighter one. Mine is discontinued; the link goes to another Toputure option.

Toputure walking pad

A 2.3 m aluminium tripod with a fluid head, pan handle and orange twist locks. It holds the Pocket 4 at eye level.

K&F Concept T254A7 tripod

Continuous tube light, adjustable in temperature and colour. The key light for videos, standing next to the desk.

Neewer RGB LED tube

A Bluetooth speaker with a pixel display and mechanical keys: clock, animations and notifications in 16 × 16 pixels next to the monitor.

Nothing useful, a gimmick, and on top of that it needs a specific 5 V 2 A charger. I do not recommend it: it is here only to have something different in the setup that catches the eye in videos.

Divoom Ditoo

A 4K webcam on a motorised gimbal above the monitor: it follows me around the room on calls and live streams, and focuses with AI.
